How to Manifest Someone Back into your Life. As I mentioned in my previous post, don’t use manifestation to bring someone back into your life. I’m not saying manifestation doesn’t work in this area, but my personal advice is to move on and focus on yourself. However, if you badly want that person back, then this is for you. So, without wasting time, let’s begin.
Break Your Negative Pattern
In this case, what affects you the most is that you become desperate and feel insecure. So, first, we need to break this pattern so you feel better. You need to identify what kind of feelings you are experiencing. Most people who want their specific person back in their life have fears, like whether that person will go with someone else or not. So, the first step is to resolve this fear.
A great way to resolve fear is through comfort by saying the opposite words. I know most people feel that this method isn’t good, but when we manifest someone, fear keeps coming back and destroys the manifestation. So, what do we need to do? Face it. It’s very simple.
Listen carefully—what I’m telling you is that you need to break this fear.
First, start with a simple statement:
“Using a phone is comfortable for me.” Yes, it is comfortable. (Say this 3 times.)
Then, repeat your main fear just once. Once you become a pro, you can do this alternately.
For example:
“If XYZ (person’s name) goes with another person or talks to someone else, I am comfortable.” (Say this.) Yes. (You can customize it in your own way.)
I know most of you won’t like this, but I’m genuinely telling you—fear grows when you focus on it, so you need to resolve it using this method. The basic rule of manifestation is that whatever you focus on grows. I hope you understand and can now resolve your fear.

Scientific Affirmation To Manifest Someone
This kind of affirmation is different from normal affirmations. So, the question is—how are these affirmations different? In this technique, we add more emotional words that help you feel as if you already have that person in your life.
For example:
“Today marks 5 years (you can customize the years or even add ‘marriage’), and XYZ (person’s name) and I are happy in a relationship, enjoying our life together.”
Repeat this positive statement again and again so your feelings get stronger, and you start feeling happier. As I mentioned in my previous post, you don’t attract what you want—you attract what you are.
So, uplift yourself because that’s the most important thing. When you uplift yourself, your frequency goes higher, and you attract your person.
Visualize Your Partner
Visualization is the best practice when you want someone back in your life, but you need to do it the right way. In this method, you can use your past good memories—times when you were together, felt happy, and spent quality time. If you have any problem in Visualization then you can Manifest your dream without Visualization.
Feel those moments again. See yourself and your specific person in that situation, being happy together. Try to visualize the little details because that is the most important thing. See it, feel it, and raise your frequency.
Now, I know some of you might wonder—why do we follow these methods like affirmations, visualization, and my techniques?
Basically, manifestation teaches us that if you want something, you have to become that person. When you embody that version of yourself, the thing you desire flows to you.
But what happens in this process is that people become desperate. They look at the outer world and feel like nothing is happening. So, they try multiple things and end up feeling sad again and again. Don’t do this! I also went through this when manifesting someone in my life, so I understand how it feels. Be careful.
Also, treat that person normally. Don’t think that your life will be set and you will become happy only if that person comes back. If you believe this, change your mindset now and start being happy from this moment itself.

So, guys, follow my personal method to resolve fear because fear is the biggest villain in your manifestation journey. Enjoy your present, uplift yourself, exercise, and do things that make you feel good.
As I mentioned before, you don’t attract what you want—you attract what you are. I know it’s a bit difficult in the beginning, but when you practice it multiple times, you’ll see the magic happen. The thing you want will flow to you effortlessly.
